The Winchester-Clark County Active Transportation Plan

 

The Kentucky Department for Public Health and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet  have partnered for a mini-grant program for 2015-2016. This grant awarded $3,000 to communities that were willing to create a Master Walk-Bike Plan for their communities. The Clark County Health Department partnered with Walk-Bike Clark County and Clark County GIS to produce a plan for the Clark County and Winchester Communities.
